s with our 2 1/2 pounds of red potatoes. They were delicious and very, very special.We also got beans, both green and purple. These have been fabulous, and I've really enjoyed making a green bean and potato salad with a mango yogurt dressing (last night with a cumin yogurt dressing!) from Moosewood Low Fat Favorites Recipes, one of our favorite cookbooks. You've harvested potatoes already?! Good for you! Our purple and green beans were delicious this year, too. Yay for productive and rewarding gardens!
ReplyDeleteYes, the little red potatoes were ready early. The Yukon Gold were ready recently. We have one more potato "bin" to empty-we go the ones from Gardener's Supply. We didn't get as many potatoes as we had hoped but it was wonderful to get any.
